Overview

Conference registration is facilitated by SGC International. The registration and check-in tables will be located at the Fairmont Hotel (Banquet Level, Regency Foyer) starting at noon on Wednesday, March 6, 2019.

 

SGC International membership is required for registration. SGCI membership may be purchased/renewed during the online registration process. For details, see https://www.sgcinternational.org/membership/

 

Students must be current and full-time. Students will have unique name tags and be required to present a current college picture ID at the registration desk before receiving conference materials.

 

All conference attendees are invited to attend the Awards and Members Celebration to be held the evening of Saturday, March 9 free of charge. Conference attendees may also purchase additional tickets for friends and family not attending the conference.

 

To take advantage of programming at the academic institutions, attendees are strongly encouraged to sign-up for box lunches and buses. Parking at the supporting institutions will be limited.

$11 each. Boxed lunches will be available for purchase at the time of registration. We highly recommend taking advantage of the boxed lunches to participate fully in the conference events. The lunches will be available for pick-up upon your arrival to UNT.

Jumbo Veggie Burrito with Guacamole, Shredded Cheese, Tomato, Lettuce, Onion, Garlic Sauce, Rice and Beans. Includes Tortilla Chips, Side of Queso, Cinnamon Churro, Fuzzy’s Taco Shop Butt Burnin’ Hot Sauce.

Advertising

SGCI will offer Vendors, Programs and Publishers the opportunity to purchase digital (rather than printed) ads in our conference app for Texchange 2019. These ads will be visible to the SGCI membership in the conference schedule app and on SGCI’s website until the next conference. Members will begin viewing these ads during the conference dates March 6 – 9, 2019.

 

We are offering three size options:
Banner (468X60 px): $150
Half page (300X600 px): $250
Full page (300X1200): $400
